The average American is living
longer. While this may be a great thing, it may also mean needing long
term care during your 'golden years.' As a senior citizen in this day and
age, you have many options that were not available to seniors in years
past. To read an insurance industry article on new care options for senior
citizens, click here.
If you are a senior citizen
worried about long term care, you may be asking: What will Social Security
pay? What does Medicare cover? How
will this effect my personal assets?
How
will it impact my family? Will
I get the type of care that I want and need?
How will I pay for long term care if and
when I need it? How does this affect my estate
planning? Click here for answers to these
questions.
With today's low unemployment
statistics, good employees are hard to locate, and difficult to
keep. If you are an employer, your questions may include: How do employee benefits effect the type of employees I
can hire? How can I retain the employees
that I have invested time and effort in training? What health care can I provide
that will be cost effective? Group
health insurance can improve your employee
retention rate! Click here for
information on the newest, most flexible group health plan available in
California.
World travel is
exciting ... and can bring the unexpected. To learn more about medical and

Often, people try to sell you what they have. As an independent
insurance agency, Whitfield & Associates is in a position to ask
what you need, and then locate it for you. As we see it, part of our
job is to help you ask the right questions,
find the right answers, and then locate the product that will suit your
situation.
With over twenty years of experience
in this field, we have accumulated detailed information on the system as it exists,
and as it effects you. Some of that
information is offered on these web pages. More detail
is available by request, and we do invite you to ask!

of Drugs
Older Americans are

Prescription drugs now account for about 10% of seniors' health costs and
will probably rise 13.3% in 2010.

Physicians'
Group Urges Doctors To Drop Out of Medicare
A doctors’ group is urging its members to
drop out of Medicare, saying the program leads only to "lousy care,
delayed care or even death." The group cited "incomprehensible
government regulations" and government threats to prosecute doctors
for alleged fraud. |
